About the Maryland STEM Festival
The Maryland STEM Festival is a month-long celebration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics that takes place every Fall. Libraries, schools, and educational groups across Maryland celebrate the festival each year by offering a series of hands-on STEM programs for children and teens.

Art Contest
The annual art contest is open to all Maryland K-12 students, with categories for traditional art, computer generated art, and videos. Winners receive a monetary prize and will have their artwork displayed on the STEM Festival’s website.
