In a joint venture with the Cecil County Public Library, the arts council has an additional location for our artists to hang (and sell) their work! “Gallery 301” is located at the Elkton Library branch and they welcome artists to rotate shows on the walls of CCPL in Elkton!
With more than 900 visitors, each day, the library is an excellent venue for your work to be seen and to be sold. Sales will be handled the same as they are at the gallery.
