In cooperation with the Cecil County Arts Council, a new orchestra was formed in January 2019 that will service Cecil, Harford, and Kent Counties, Maryland and bordering Pennsylvania/Delaware regions. The Northern Chesapeake Symphony Orchestra is currently accepting member applications. The mission of the orchestra is to provide a full symphony orchestra (strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion) experience for middle school students through adults from Cecil County, Maryland and surrounding areas that will perform programs within the community.
