Where are the mural makers in the area? The Town of North East, MD is seeking a mural for the side of one of their buildings on Main Street. The building, located at 114 S. Main Street, flanks the municipal public parking lot on Main Street (along with Town Hall). We’re taking proposals from Mural Artists!
TIMELINE: Work will begin ASAP in 2021. The stucco and brick building will be power-washed by the time you start the mural. If the weather does not allow for completion of the mural, you may finish in Spring 2022.
PAYMENT: There will be a budget of several thousand dollars and we will update you with the exact amount once it has been determined. Please submit your best budget estimate to complete the mural work.
CONCEPT: Make it something that defines your visual idea of “North East” or “Cecil County” or “Maryland” – whatever you come up with will be greatly appreciated.
