Winter Lights Cecil Nights Winter Light Parade
Join in participating in our very first Elkton Alliance, Inc. – Winter Light Parade. The walking parade will begin at the back parking lot of the Cecil County Arts Council (CCAC), proceed down Main Street and double back to the CCAC. Immediately following the parade complimentary hot chocolate will be served at both the CCAC and the Elkton Alliance (101 E. Main St.)
The Parade is a Celebration of Cecil County Tourism’s Winter Lights/Cecil Nights Campaign in partnership with Elkton Alliance, Inc. and the Cecil County Arts Council. Registration is required for this event. This is a rain or snow event.

Parade Rules:
No vehicles, walkers only
No flames, battery operated lights Only
Bright White/Soft White/Blue Lights recommended – think winter!
The MORE lights the BETTER! – wagons, wheelchairs, scooters are ALL permissible and recommended they be decorated with lights.
Winter Light Parade Complimentary Lantern Workshops
Be a part of the very first Elkton Alliance, Inc. – Winter Light Parade on Friday, February 16 at 6:30pm in Downtown Elkton! Join us at the Cecil County Arts Council to learn how to create battery operated lanterns to carry in the parade. All materials are provided, just bring your creative spirit! Two dates available for the workshops – Limit 20 registrants.
