Scouting For An Outing – Call for Entries!
The July 2023 Exhibit at the Cecil County Arts Council “Scouting for an Outing” features works in all media, open to CCAC Members and Non-Members. The Opening Reception is on July 7, 2023, from 5-8 pm at the CCAC Building. There will be live music and refreshments. All are welcome!
