This is a FREE Workshop (to accompany the Elkton Light Parade)

Join us at the Cecil County Arts Council to learn how to create battery operated lanterns to carry in the parade (on Friday, February 16th at 6:30pm in Downtown Elkton).

All workshop materials are provided, just bring your creative spirit! Two dates available for the workshops – Limit 20 registrants.
