Ray Conger
Ray is a combat veteran, currently serving as a Master Sergeant in the Army. He was born and raised in Baltimore, before moving to Cecil County with his wife of 18 years, Christine, three of their five children, and their Afghanistan rescue dog Mugs.
Ray also currently serves as the Junior Vice Commander of Cecil County Memorial VFW Post 6027 in North East, the Squadron NCO for the Harford Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, and is involved in various other community organizations.
Ray holds an Associate’s of Science in Aviation Maintenance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is currently attending Excelsior College to obtain his Bachelor’s of Science in Public Administration and is also pursuing a Certificate in World Art History from the Smithsonian.
In his free time, Ray is an avid reader and enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and off-roading in Jeepy McJeepface. He has been a long-time supporter of the arts, cutting class as a high schooler to visit the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Walter’s Art Gallery.
