Call For Entries! “The Woolen Loop” Exhibit
Calling all artists! The Cecil County Arts Council’s August exhibit is “The Woolen Loop,” featuring fiber folk arts in all textile media. We will be accepting submissions from CCAC members and non-members from August 1–6. To submit your artwork, bring it to the Arts Council at 135 E. Main St., Elkton, MD. We ask you to fill out a registration form, which is available at the gallery and can also be downloaded here: The Woolen Loop registration form.
Artists can submit up to 5 works. There is an entry fee of $6 per piece ($15 for 3 or more pieces), which is waived for students and seniors. If you have any questions about how to submit your artwork, please contact our program manager, Zach Davis, at zachary@cecilarts.org or 410-392-5740.
Opening Reception: August 7, 2026 from 5–8 p.m.
Exhibit viewable August 7–28 during open hours.
Pickup Dates for artwork are August 29–September 3.
