All Exhibitions
- With the exception of the Photography Show, CCAC shows are open to all media.
- Entries are limited to 5 pieces per artist.
- Works MUST be ready to hang. Wire is preferred and must support the weight of the piece.
- No work created prior to 2016 and no work displayed at CCAC within the past 2 years.
- Submission fees – $6 per piece (3+ for $15). Fees are waived for students with ID and seniors age 65+ (with exception of the juried show).
- CCAC collects a 25% commission on all sales.
- Drop-Off and Pick-Up times are Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm, and Sundays by special arrangement.
- Holiday Art Mart commission for all artists is 10%.
Guidelines
- Artists shall register artwork with the program manager by filling out the registration form at the front desk (also available online).
- Artist shall hold CCAC harmless for any damage relating to hanging, transporting, storing or showing of artwork.
- The Cecil County Arts Council has the right to remove certain works deemed inappropriate for minors.
- Works not claimed within 30 days of the pick-up dates become the sole possession of CCAC.
- Unless the artist specifies otherwise, entering a piece into the show constitutes agreement for CCAC to use its image in online promotions.
2026 Featured Artist Calls for Entry!
To be the Featured Artist for a monthly exhibit in 2026 at the Cecil County Arts Council, please submit a proposal by email or snail mail.

- Letter of intent
- Months in 2025 that the artist is unavailable for an exhibit.
- Digital images of your works with list including title, media, size and date of completion
- Artist Statement
- Artist Resume
IMPORTANT: Incomplete submission packages will not be considered.
DEADLINE: ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY November 30, 2025
