- Appetizer: Steak Crostini – Pepper encrusted beef tenderloin, herb goat cheese horseradish, basil.toasted crostini, balsamic glaze
- First Course: Winter Apple Salad – Mixed Greens, sliced apple, blue cheese, candied pecans, cranberries, lemon vinaigrette
- Entrée: Creamy Tuscan Salmon – Pan-seared Salmon, fresh herbs, spinach, sun-dried Tomatoes, tossed in a creamy garlic sauce over pesto risotto
- Dessert: Butter Toffee Bundt Cake – with Vanilla Bean ice cream , topped with Toffee Chips, caramel
