- Appetizer of Sea Scallops – pan seared scallops, sweet pea puree, drizzled with a red pepper coulis, micro greens
- First course of Arugula Apple Salad – Cranberry, apple, pecan, gorgonzola cheese, Balsamic vinaigrette

- Entree of Garlic Braised Short Rib – slow cooked short rib, sour cream and chive whipped mashed potato, asparagus, wild mushroom demi

- Dessert of Creme Brûlée Cheesecake – raspberry puree, fresh berries, creme fraiche.
