April’s Wine & Dine for the Arts
This is the fourth in a four part Wine & Dine series featuring different area artists and dining venues.

Enjoy an Excellent Menu of:
First Course
Charcuterie board paired with Prosecco. Enjoy an exquisite variety of cheeses, meats, and fruits paired with a glass of Prosecco while you meet new people and admire the art pieces from our featured artist, Jodi Porter.
Second Course
Baby lettuce, beets, and asparagus salad paired with Riesling. All these fresh spring ingredients in a strawberry vinaigrette served with crumbled chevre.
Third Course
Pork medallions paired with Pinot Noir. Perfectly pan-seared pork medallions with a rosemary and garlic infusion accompanied with whipped sweet potatoes, frizzled Brussels sprouts with a touch of cranberry reduction.
Fourth Course
Chocolate hazelnut terrine paired with Port. A chocolate lover’s dream.
