Scott Hines brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience and over a decade of entrepreneurship to the organization. As the current owner-operator of Grocery Outlet of Elkton, he is committed to creating value for customers while supporting the local community.
A dedicated community advocate, Scott gives back through a variety of local initiatives and believes strongly in servant leadership—leading by supporting, empowering, and serving others. He is also a proud Gold Star Dad, bringing a deep sense of purpose, resilience, and compassion to his work and community involvement.
