Jessica Loveland is a passionate advocate for the arts, education, and community development in Cecil County. With a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish Education and Art, Jess brings both creative vision and strategic insight to her work. She has served in leadership roles across nonprofit, hospitality, and educational sectors, with a strong focus on event planning, marketing, and community engagement. Jess is the owner of Chesapeake Vacation, a collection of boutique waterfront rentals, and actively supports local artists by incorporating regional artwork and experiences into her business. As a bilingual professional, she values inclusive programming and seeks to foster artistic opportunities that reflect the rich cultural diversity of the region. Jess is excited to support the Cecil County Arts Council’s mission of enriching lives through the arts and is committed to expanding its outreach and impact throughout the community.
