Wreath-Making Workshop
The Cecil County Arts Council is joining forces with the Cecil Land Trust for a Wreath-Making Workshop evening on December 8th from 6-8pm. You will be provided with a wreath form and natural materials along with wire and instructions to make your own 12″ wreath. The Workshop is $20 and is Limited to 20 people. Register In Advance!
