Plein Air at Rock Run Hollow
Join the Cecil County Arts Council for a Plein Air Day on August 29th from 11am to 4pm at Rock Run Hollow in Port Deposit (aka “Rehert Farm”). Paint, draw, sculpt, and photograph the day away with us!

There is a gorgeous farmhouse and a more than 200 year-old barn with stonework surrounding the property.

Your works will be showcased at an event on October 3 from 2pm to 6pm with an oral history presentation, music by Charlie Zahm, food prepared by Maryland in a Can and ART!

The property owners are offering the farm as a destination venue and will also add the works of renowned artist, Ingrid Cromel Rehert, to hang with our collective Plein Air artwork.
Joining us at the event is the staff from the Maryland Institute College of Art and from the Baltimore Immigration Office.
