Gene is a Combat Army Veteran, Paratrooper with 82nd Airborne Division, Senior Parachutist Jumpmaster Rated. He’s also the Commander of Cecil County Memorial VFW Post 6027 in North East, MD.
Gene has a BS Degree from University of Delaware in Computers and Information Systems and is the owner of Technology Solutions, a local business.
His favorite way to spend his time is with his lovely wife Dr. Jaime Daley. Gene became involved with the Arts Council as a way of supporting my son Jacob Daley who is an artist.
