Starting at 4pm there will be a Ceremony, followed by Family-Fun, Food, Music, Displays, and of course – FIREWORKS!\nLocation: North East Town Park in North East, Maryland, 21901.\nMore details will be confirmed and added here leading up to the BIG EVENT! Details will also be added to www.stoccv.org\nSeating is on the grass and along the waterfront in the Park. Bring blankets and chairs.
