All these fresh spring ingredients in a strawberry vinaigrette served with crumbled chevre.\nThird Course\nPork medallions paired with Pinot Noir. Perfectly pan-seared pork medallions with a rosemary and garlic infusion accompanied with whipped sweet potatoes, frizzled Brussels sprouts with a touch of cranberry reduction.\nFourth Course\nChocolate hazelnut terrine paired with Port.
